Made with 100% superwashed merino wool. We deliberately use a fine 21 micron merino fibre in the yarn so it has a soft handle and is not itchy or scratchy next to the skin. The wool fibres have been specially treated before being spun so the yarn can be machine washed on a wool cycle without felting. The merino used in this yarn is Mulesing free and from South America, the yarn is 100% animal fibre and perfect for dyeing. Naturally a bright white colour, the yarn dyes up well in subtle light shades or bright and vibrant colours.
